Band Instruments

Our kids are doing great learning their instruments this year, and we are so proud of them!  Juan has learned to play the recorder this year and will pick a musical instrument he wants to start learning when he goes back to school in the Fall.  Ingrid chose the clarinet and received her very own as a special Christmas present.  Angie chose the flute.  We had Lori's re-done and so Angie now has hers.  Each child practices 30 minutes a night.  They each have their own music stand and go into their own rooms to practice each night.  In addition to practicing on their own, there is a CD they can play along with that helps them play as if they were with the whole band.  Sometimes they all do this together.  We may be able to put on a family Christmas concert this year!
