The kids got new bikes from Grandma and Grandpa last Christmas and love them. Lori watched them ride them over the last year and asked for her own this year. Dainis bought me a recumbant style bike, similar to the ones I use at the YMCA. He put on special foot pedals and a brake, and it works great. We have only gone in our neighborhood so far, which is made up of three cul de sacs. We look forward to many great family times ahead!
