Now that we have finished our Christmas shopping, are working on wrapping all of the gifts, made cookies, listened to a lot of Christmas music, and watched many Christmas movies, the day is almost here. Because the kids were in school this year, it made for a very busy time. We tried to make time to still do special craft projects, celebrate advent, and remember the real reason we celebrate Christmas. There was just less time this year to enjoy all of the activities we did last year. However, the kids are very happy in school, and we are thankful for that. They came home with Christmas presents they had made for us at school and performed in a winter program on the last day of school. So, they are now counting down until the big day and are very excited!
